I guide you through a calm, structured process (The Imago Dialogue) that helps you slow down, understand each other more deeply, and begin shifting the space between you.

 

Together, we identify your negative cycle, understand the deeper needs and relational knot, and begin shifting to a healthier way of relating.

About Roxana

Roxana Bouwer is an Imago facilitator who helps couples move from disconnection and distress toward deeper understanding, safety, and connection. She creates calm, compassionate spaces where partners can slow down, listen differently, and begin to shift the painful patterns that keep them apart.
 

With a background in copywriting, mindful communication, coaching, and contemplative practice, Roxana brings a rare blend of language, presence, and emotional insight to her work.

After an early career in traditional copywriting, she felt called to use her skills in service of deeper transformation — helping people communicate in ways that heal, connect, and bring more consciousness to relationships.

 

Through an Imago-informed approach, Roxana supports couples to move beyond blame and reactivity, and toward more honest dialogue, empathy, and repair. She believes that even relationships in distress can become places of healing, growth, and renewed possibility.
 

Roxana is a certified Professional Imago facilitator. She holds a degree in Linguistics and Communication Science, and is a qualified Martha Beck Wayfinder coach, iRest Yoga Nidra meditation guide, and yoga teacher.

A decade ago I didn’t have a clue how to be a safe partner in a functional relationship.

Not only did I not know how to get my needs met, I didn’t even know that it was okay to have needs!

 

When I met the wonderful man (who’s now my soon-to-be husband), I had to level up. If we hadn’t both committed to growing, the pain we were causing each other would have ended our relationship early.

The two game-changing books that are either on my desk or in my bag. 

Every unaddressed childhood need surfaced. It was like a floodlight turned on and there was nowhere to hide.
 

We both made a conscious decision to show up and do the work because we knew we wanted to stay together. That decision became our shared anchor and the start of working like a team.
 

Reading Helen and Harville Hendrick’s book “Getting The Love You Want” felt like someone was describing exactly what we were experiencing and showing us a way out.
